Canceling
No contracts, no minimum term. Cancel from your dashboard or by emailing us. Your service stays on until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged after that.
What’s non-refundable
We build a free first draft of your website so you can see it before you pay anything. Once you sign up, we start spending money on your business right away, so these charges are final:
- The USD 49 setup fee. It covers registering your domain and taking your site live.
- Your current month. Canceling mid-month stops the next charge, not this one.
- Add-ons for the current month (extra assistant, quote builder, scheduler, extra mailboxes).
- Changes we’ve already made for you (USD 20 each).
- WhatsApp message fees. Meta bills your card directly for those. We never see that money, so we can’t refund it.
When we do refund
If we charged you by mistake (a duplicate charge, or a charge after you canceled), you get the full amount back.
Your domain
Your domain is registered in your name.
- Leave after 6 months and we’ll transfer it to you for free.
- Leave before 6 months and you can still take it with you by covering one year of the domain fee, since we paid for a full year upfront.
Either way, your content (text, photos, logo) is yours and we’ll send it to you.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@taskia.chat from the address on your account and tell us which charge you want us to look at. You’ll hear back within five business days. Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.
EU and UK consumers
If you’re signing up as an individual consumer in the EU or the UK, rather than as a business, your local consumer laws may give you additional rights. This policy doesn’t take those away.
Changes
We’ll update the date at the top if this policy changes. Changes only apply to future payments.
