The objection
An assistant on your WhatsApp, without changing your number
Your number stays yours and you keep using it from your phone, the way you always have. The assistant answers on that same line when you are not there, and stops on its own the moment you step in. There is no new number to hand out and no sign to change.

The worry is fair, and it is worth looking at directly
Your number is on the truck, on the cards, on your Google listing and in the phone of every customer who called you back. It is one of the few things in the business you cannot rebuild in an afternoon.
That is why the first question is almost never the price. It is what happens to that line.
What does not change
The line keeps working exactly as it does today for you:
- Same number. Nobody needs to be told anything.
- You keep writing and reading from your phone.
- Your past conversations stay where they are.
- If one day you want it off, you turn it off and the line is as it was.
What does change
When a message comes in and you do not reply, the assistant answers with your business information. It takes the name, the phone number and what they need, and saves the case for you.
You see the whole conversation, the same as if you had had it yourself.
When you step in, the assistant goes quiet
This is the part that makes sharing the line possible. The moment you write in that conversation, the assistant stops and stays out of it for a while. It picks up later, if the person keeps writing and you are gone again.
Without that you would have two voices answering the same customer, which is worse than having no assistant at all.

Other questions we get
- Do I lose the conversations I already have?
- No. They stay where they are and you keep seeing them on your phone.
- Can I turn it off if I do not like it?
- Yes, and the line goes back to working as before. There is no lock-in and no contract.
- Can it answer while I am already answering?
- No. It stops as soon as you reply in that conversation and only picks up once you are away again.
